Responsibilities SBDM managing a portfolio of Commercial Brokers Based on the Gold Coast, with working flexibility How will I help? This is a really important role for us! You'll combine your knack for networking with your lending know-how to generate new business for Westpac & St George through our commercial broker network. As a Senior Broker BDM, you'll network with lots of commercial lending brokers to win business and strengthen relationships, making sure that our customer value proposition is heard, understood, and promoted – you'll be an advocate for our outstanding service promise. The added bonus - you'll have the chance to work across multiple segments such as Small Business, SME, Commercial, Agri, and Property whilst attending and presenting at Broker PD events to keep your days exciting!
What do I need? For this type of role, it goes without saying you'll be proactive and energetic! A natural people-person, you'll love getting out and about and we'll be impressed by your proven track record for winning new business and building relationships. You'll have a solid lending background across commercial and/or SME markets and the ability to successfully juggle the multiple priorities that come with managing a busy portfolio.
