Senior Business Analyst | Liquidity Regulatory Reporting Join our Group Treasury Projects and Change team, with opportunities across a number of projects. We will play a key role in uplifting our liquidity regulatory reporting, analytics, and data management processes.

What role will you play? As a key facilitator in our Group Treasury Transformation program, you will engage in workshops with Group Treasury SMEs to understand and evaluate business processes and reporting requirements. You will document these needs, define Business Requirements User Stories, and Tasks with precise Acceptance Criteria. Conducting gap analyses to compare the project's current state with its future state will be essential. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders to agree on mutual expectations, ensuring project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
What you offer Ability to understand business processes and scenarios, their impacts, and effects on data Ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders at all levels Business analysis experience; specifically in the financial or regulatory reporting space Strong product knowledge; derivative and commodity knowledge preferable but not essential Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with good attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well in a team Able to coordinate multiple assignments and work independently Able to meet project milestones & deadlines Can do' proactive attitude, with a proven record of delivering project outcomes We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
