Well regarded design studio with a national and international project network is seeking a Senior Project Architect in their Sydney office.
This role involves a combination of office work in North Sydney and site visits, overseeing an aged care development and masterplan site.
Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the delivery of projects, overseeing documentation teams producing technical drawings, coordinating sub-consultants, and visiting sites.
Key relationships will be maintained with clients, consultants, and construction teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications: Seeking experienced NSW Registered Architects with a technical skillset, project delivery experience, and the ability to review drawings and manage contractors.
Registered Architect, DB+P registration, and site delivery experience on projects valued between $50-150 million are required.
Site experience and the ability to liaise with construction teams are essential.
Revit expertise is highly advantageous. Professionals must be clear communicators to gain client confidence, possess excellent technical and construction knowledge, and have team management experience.
