What role will you play?
As a Senior Analyst / Manager in the team, your primary responsibilities will include:
Interacting with Line 1 stakeholders and providing compliance advice and guidance (both for ad-hoc requests as well as preparing periodic communications with regulatory updates).
Conducting product and business reviews, managing incidents, providing input into breach reporting, and drafting communications to regulators.
Maintaining policies, preparing and delivering training.
Performing monitoring over controls, assisting in audits, and contributing to various projects, including regulatory changes.
Engaging in, and advising on, the implementation of regulations, performing regulatory gap-analyses and risk assessments.
Actively consulting with and assisting teams to planned system and operational developments and changes.
What you offer
Experience working in Compliance, with an understanding of risk management and the regulatory environment in Banking or Financial Services.
Tertiary qualifications in Law, Finance, Commerce or a similar discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
High degree of commercial acumen.

About the Risk Management Group
In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks.
Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
