Position Overview This is an exciting opportunity as Facilities Lead with a high level of autonomy, responsible for the efficient and effective operation of facilities services at Senex's corporate head office in Brisbane CBD and Senex's regional property portfolio. This role involves managing day-to-day building operations and maintenance programs, overseeing projects, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Accountabilities Assisting with onboarding, staff movements, and departures, working closely with People & Culture to standardize processes and experiences.Overseeing and maintaining office equipment and supplies, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating deliveries as needed.Managing space and infrastructure planning, providing advice and solutions.Implementing and managing the budget for staff amenities and office management, recommending cost reductions and improvements.Working with building management, supervisors, and contractors to resolve issues promptly.Assisting in implementing and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules and asset management initiatives.Coordinating general maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion within Service Level Agreements.Preparing and maintaining general office maintenance procedures, providing ongoing training to the administrative team.About You To be successful in the position, the following experience and skills will be required:
5+ years of experience within facilities, office management, or projects, ideally in a corporate environment.An adaptable personality with a service-oriented and solution-focused mindset.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Commitment to sustainability and environmental initiatives.SAP experience would be desirable.What's in it for you?
