Security Solution Architect FinXL IT professional services is currently looking for a Security Architect to design and implement security solutions for cloud-based and application services.
12 Months contract Sydney Based Hybrid role (2 days in office) Skills & Responsibilities: Responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive security solutions for cloud-based and application services (Azure). Deep understanding of cloud architecture, application security, identity and access management (IAM), and the latest security best practices. Develop and maintain a secure cloud architecture framework that aligns with industry standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the DevOps pipeline, promoting a culture of security awareness. Provide expert guidance on cloud security, application security, identity and access management, and related technologies to internal stakeholders and clients. Stay abreast of emerging security threats, technologies, and trends to ensure our security posture remains robust and proactive. Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable. Extensive experience in cloud security architecture, preferably with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong background in application security and identity and access management, including experience with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models. Proficiency in security frameworks, risk management, and compliance regulations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to a variety of audiences.
