We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the following Short-term Contract position:
Part-time (0.75 FTE) position commencing Week 3, Term 4, 2024, with the possibility of continuing through to Term 3, 2025 with a (0.80 FTE).
Position Title: Secondary Drama Teacher (Maternity Leave Cover)
Teaching Responsibilities: Senior School Drama (Year 11 General 2024 and Year 11/12 General 2025)
We are looking for a passionate, inspiring Drama Teacher with experience and qualifications in teaching the above subject.
Essential Knowledge and Experience: An active Christian faith. Passionate about living out your Christian faith and prepared to model, uphold, and support the Ethos and Core Values of the College. Deeply relational, friendly, and open. Outstanding teaching in your subject area. Developed a variety of teaching and learning strategies to meet the needs of all students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including team-building and mentoring skills. Committed to supporting College policies and procedures relating to Classroom and Behaviour Management. Understanding of technology and able to confidently integrate this into teaching. Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience related to the teaching responsibility required by the position. Current Western Australia Australian Teachers Registration Board Certificate of Registration (TRBWA). Current Working With Children Card. Current Police Clearance.
