Required Technical Skill Set: SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
Experience Range: 7–10 years
Location: Brisbane or willingness to relocate within 3–4 months
Key Responsibilities Collaborate directly with clients to support and deliver SAP PM solutions across various projects. Design and implement end-to-end SAP Plant Maintenance solutions to improve collaboration, productivity, and asset management efficiency. Identify and facilitate process improvements by leveraging SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) functionalities. Manage project activities across the lifecycle, including assessment, requirement gathering, planning, development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, post-live support, and enhancements. Provide expert consultation on business requirements, including effort estimation for cost, timeline, and resource planning. Create and maintain application artifacts, such as functional and technical design documents, test cases, and implementation plans. Work closely with technical development teams for custom developments, including Webdynpro components and Enterprise Portal on NetWeaver 7.0. Offer guidance and expertise in SAP PM proposals, including creating project roadmaps and phase-wise implementation plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP PM enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. Must-Have Competencies 7+ years as an SAP Plant Maintenance consultant with implementation and support experience. Comprehensive knowledge in SAP PM configuration, including enterprise structure, maintenance processing, and preventive maintenance functions. Configuration knowledge of Customer Service (CS) module. Hands-on experience in Linear Asset Management. Knowledge of SAP PM integration with MM (external services and procurement) and FICO (intercompany settlement processes). Exposure to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). Knowledge of SAP ASAP methodology or equivalent Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with SAP change management tools, preferably SAP Solution Manager. Exposure to HP Quality Center (QC) for SAP functional testing is a plus. Familiarity with custom development and WebDynpro components on NetWeaver 7.0. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions to drive business value. Desired Competencies Expertise in providing consultation on SAP PM-related business requirements and solutions. Strong ability to estimate project efforts, including cost, resources, and phase-wise timelines. Knowledge of executing global rollouts for multiple locations. Experience in writing and maintaining documentation for technical and functional specifications. Strong analytical skills to identify and address system inefficiencies.
