At Amazon Hub Pick-up and Returns, we're working to optimize the delivery convenience for our customers. With our Amazon Lockers and Counters, we are not only enabling customers to pick up and send parcels in the most comfortable way, but are helping to optimize resource allocation on the last mile - from fuel to packaging material.

Are you good at diving deep to create structure around ambiguous problems? If so, this could be the role for you.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter with a passion to build and scale new businesses taking a key role within our mission as a Sales Operations Manager.
You will be working in a cross-functional role, representing the face to our most strategic partners, driving usage of our service and working to continuously improve our mechanisms, tools, and processes, externally. At the same time, this role requires working with globally distributed teams to resolve some of the biggest operational problems the organization faces. Cross-team coordination, project management, executive presentation skills, and a proven track record of delivering results are essential.
Key job responsibilities Managing cross-functional project teams, planning, organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations (Operations, Business Development, Finance, etc.) and stakeholders. Managing new countries to scale-ready state. Building strong partnerships with product and tech leaders to influence the development of features that resolve operational inefficiencies, improve scaling velocity, and improve the operator/external partner experience. Leading initiatives to optimize for scale, schedule, and cost. Preparing and delivering data-driven operational business reviews to senior management. Owning the operational budget for each functional area, including productivity, labor planning, CapEx, and OpEx. Providing strategic level/long-term planning (3, 6, and 12 months out) including labor planning, forecasting, and peak season planning. Developing and optimizing mechanisms and tools to enable scalable and efficient partner engagement. Driving usage of Hub Pick-up and Returns by Amazon customers. Implementing review mechanisms to monitor, analyze and report partner/location performance and derive proactive follow-up actions. Representing Amazon Hub Pick-up & Returns with our partners and driving sustainable account growth. The ideal candidate Has experience with a proven track record within account management, project management, marketing, or sales positions. Brings an entrepreneurial mindset and feels comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving, and ambiguous environment. Has a proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality while overcoming unexpected challenges. Possesses good business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done autonomously. Masters analytical thinking with the ability to capture and analyze data for decision making. Is able to visualize and communicate a long-term goal as well as to scope and execute on the required steps throughout the journey. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS : 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc. Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools. Experience presenting to senior leadership.
