90,000 – $110,000 per year + uncapped commission Plumbing Bros continues its incredible expansion, growing to 14 locations nationally and breaking records in revenue over the past year. With this rapid growth curve, we are pleased to expand our team with unique positions available.
We have a crystal-clear vision to expand to 33 locations over the next three years, including expansion with our Electrical Bros Franchise model. We seek a dedicated Business Development Manager who will be integral to this success for our Eastern States Locations.

About the Role Play a pivotal role in executing our vision, be part of something special here in WA, and provide remote sales nationally for our locations. Play your role by bringing a relentless hunger to your sales approach while building rapport and long-lasting relationships with our customers. Be rewarded for this with uncapped earnings potential whilst having the support of our team of experts.
You will be fully equipped with the tools of the trade, including a phone and laptop, along with your own workstation in our vibrant HQ, located in West Leederville close to the Mitchell freeway, with a view of beautiful Lake Monger. Like all great salespeople, you will be on the road, building on your business network to win market share with a business ownership mentality.
We're seeking a self-sufficient, highly motivated, and goal-oriented individual with a proven sales track record. This is a high-pressure, fast-paced position, so the candidate must thrive in such an environment. Passion for hitting KPIs and overcoming challenges will make this role an exciting opportunity for growth.
A growing marketing, business development and telesales professional team will support the role.
Key Responsibilities : Sales Growth: Drive new business by identifying and pursuing opportunities. Client Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business. Networking: Build on your business network to win market share with a business ownership mentality. Lead Generation: Research, identify, and follow up on prospects to convert opportunities into sales. Cold Outreach: Cold calling, bulk emailing, automation sequences, in-person meetings & drop-ins, LinkedIn messages, plus more. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations and sales meetings. Revenue Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets to drive company growth. What We're Looking For : 5+ years of business development and sales experience. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage the quote process effectively. Proven ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships. Self-starter mentality with a passion for generating new business. A fun, energetic spirit that aligns with our company culture. Proficiency in relevant software, including CRM and inventory management tools. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. A genuine passion for sales and growing a business.
