The Role
We are looking for talented Commercial Litigators to join Russells as we expand our practice.

Working in one of our Litigation teams, you will have direct access to a Partner and Team Leader, be supported by an experienced EA, have access to complex, challenging work across commercial litigation, dispute resolution, insolvency and reconstruction, and business advice, and be paid an above-market salary with transparent and rewarding bonuses.

Responsibilities:
Work in superior Courts and handle cases related to the Corporations Act, Bankruptcy Act, and the Australian Consumer Law.
Manage complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution cases.
Provide business advice and support insolvency and reconstruction efforts.
Qualifications:
10+ years of post-admission experience (PAE).
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation.
Experience in construction litigation is highly desirable.
Proven ability to work autonomously and strong client service skills.
High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
