Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) Casual / Vacation OneLife NQ is looking for the next person to join our rostering team.
You must be reliable, flexible, and willing to learn.
The ideal candidate is someone who: Has the ability to learn quickly Previous experience using Visual Care and Xero is an advantage but not essential Able to problem-solve Exceptional time management skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work within a team and independently Experience in the community sector is a bonus but not essential Ability to undertake extensive training within the first few weeks of employment Flexibility in regards to days worked; this will be a 5-day per fortnight position, however, will require extra days on occasions If you are interested in this role and have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Jess Grbin - Manager on 0413 439 745.
