POSITION
The unique opportunity for an Office Administrator / Project Scheduler to join the team has become available. This role will involve the following responsibilities:
Administrative duties Scheduling maintenance / repairs Coordinating / liaising with technicians Client correspondence - inbound and outbound calls / emails Occasional site visits CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
1+ years of experience as an Office Administrator / Receptionist Experience with Xero would be advantageous Exceptional communication and presentation skills Ability to be a team player BENEFITS
