Our client is seeking a passionate Human Resources Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in providing ER / IR guidance to Senior Management and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing performance review, recruitment, and remuneration related strategies, fostering departmental inclusion, and providing mentoring and coaching as required.
What you'll do :
Key role in providing ER / IR guidance to Senior Management. Responsibility for developing HR strategies and policies. Opportunity to foster departmental inclusion and provide mentoring. Provide up-to-date and accurate general Human Resources advice, assistance, and support. Offer strategic advisory and administrative support on reward and benefit systems, budgeting, performance assessment, benefit design, and optimisation. Keep abreast with employee entitlements developments and conduct entitlement comparison, conversion, design, administration, and compliance issues. Develop and implement performance review, recruitment, and remuneration related strategies. Lead manpower planning, salary review, performance review, award design, and administration. Handle employee relations matters such as union entries, termination, redundancy, employee changes management and related consultations. What you bring :
Degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Extensive professional experience in a broad range of Human Resources and ER matters. Thorough knowledge of relevant Western Australia's DMP regulations, Mines Safety Act & Regulations. Highly competent with demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office suite. Fluent conversational Mandarin is highly desirable. Kalgoorlie residential or FIFO on a 5 / 2 4 / 3 roster. What sets this company apart :
