What We're Looking For A tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or equivalent. Proven experience in drill and blast operations within the mining sector, ideally open-pit coal. Proficiency in blast design software and knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset.
