Key Responsibilities: Preparing detailed cost estimates for multiple projects simultaneously. Engaging with clients to discuss project scope and estimates. Reviewing tender documents meticulously to understand project requirements. Developing and maintaining strong client and supplier relationships. Overseeing variations and ensuring projects progress smoothly. Reviewing contracts and confirming scope of works for signing. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Collaborating with managers to ensure accurate project execution. Utilizing estimating and sales software to manage proposals and track progress. Conducting site visits to assess project requirements. Qualifications and Skills: Sound knowledge of Metal Roofing Estimation on both residential and other projects. The ability to interpret complex plans accurately and provide precise estimates. A deep understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and industry standards. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find innovative solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities. A "can-do" flexible attitude, strong initiative, and effective time management skills. Have a positive reliable work ethic and be a team player.
