Management of Code baseline consistency of the applications across portfolios. Managing risks and resolving challenges that impact release scope, quality, and schedules. Communicating crucial release plans and changes to the business. Interaction and Coordination of the releases/projects across all verticals in the environment. Planning release window and cycles across portfolios. Conducting release readiness and milestone reviews. Managing development of deliverables into the production environment. Validating Release notes. Experience in coordinating cross-functional work teams up to task completion. Allocation of the new environment for the new releases and Break fix.
