In this Role, you'll get to: Acquire new attractions and activities and manage existing supplier accounts in the Oceania Region. Actively identify high-potential prospect partners and grow the revenue of the existing portfolio in this region. Educate attraction and activities suppliers on the unique features of the Trip.com platform. Quickly identify the correct platform product for each of Oceania's suppliers to maximize revenue. Adopt a customer-centric approach to ensure attraction content, rates, availability, and products offer the best value to Trip.com customers. Keep suppliers informed about campaigns offered by the Trip.com platform and ensure strong coverage of deals across your account portfolio. Explore on-site promotion and distribution in the local market. Conduct data research and analysis (market, product, competitor, price, supplier, etc.) for the Oceania market. Provide market insights to optimize product design and sales directions for the success of global product localization. Perform other assigned tasks based on business needs. What you'll Need to Succeed: A minimum of 5 years of working experience in tours and tickets of OTA, revenue/yield management, or e-commerce. An existing network with Tourism Boards, airlines, affiliate partners, and travel influencers is preferred. Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and capable of fast learning. Dynamic, positive, with stress management skills, and a good team player. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel. Fluency in English.
