The role of Recruitment Specialist will see you focusing on our Maintenance and Industrial Services division looking after a diverse portfolio.
You will really own your space in this role and be the face of all stakeholder engagement. You will be joining a successful recruitment team who manage projects, maintenance contracts and shutdowns for our Energy Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities: Actively recruit for trades personnel following Monadelphous' recruitment process Source and attract candidates through internal and external recruitment platforms Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and Monadelphous alumni to meet current and future staffing needs Guide hiring managers and candidates through the process, from initial contact to onboarding Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback What you'll bring: Extensive experience in volume recruitment operations & sourcing trades personnel Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders The ability to work cohesively in a team A commitment to providing an excellent standard of customer service A strong ability to adapt to changing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and proactive mindset About us: Monadelphous is an ASX-200 company providing multidisciplinary construction, maintenance and industrial services to many of the largest companies in the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors.
