This is a full-time fixed-term position through to December 2025 with salary in the range $73,072.86 - $77,476.66 (HEW 4), plus a generous super allowance of up to 17%.

About This Opportunity Join our team as a Reception/Administration Assistant to support the Institute for Teaching and Learning Innovation.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing essential administrative support and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities will include:
Provide high-level administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Manage office operations, including facilities, procurement, and financial processes.
Ensure compliance with University policies and procedures.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, responding to enquiries and providing information.
Coordinate events and meetings.
Please note the role will be required to work within the standard business hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

About You Relevant qualifications and experience in administration or a related field.

Strong understanding of University policies and procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality customer service.

Knowledge of UQ systems such as UniFi, Archibus and Si-Pass would be considered an advantage.

You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment, and may be required to complete background checks including criminal history and education checks.
