The role on offer includes property, leasing, and projects work, as well as property development and investment, acquisition/disposal for a mixture of developers, investors, owners, landlords, and public and private companies. You will be acting in all stages of commercial property transactions, as well as advising on complex subdivisions, acquisitions and sales, disposals, leasing, finance, and joint ventures.
The firm is looking for a lawyer with at least 2-3 years of post-admission experience, and up to about 6 or 7 years.
