Quinn Allan are proud to be partnering with a purpose-driven non-profit organisation to assist them in their search for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.
This is a newly created position working within their Australian head office based in the Brisbane City Fringe.
Working within an established finance team, the FP&A Manager will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities associated with financial planning and analysis, as well as play a key role in a new ERP system implementation.
About the Position
Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial goals with organisational objectives.
Manage the end-to-end implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring alignment with organisational needs.
Act as the key liaison between internal teams and external consultants, ensuring seamless system integration and adoption.
Provide training and support to staff to maximise the ERP's effectiveness post-implementation.
Develop and mentor a small, high-performing finance team.
Build strong relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
About You
Proven depth of experience in FP&A, ideally within a not-for-profit or similar mission-driven environment.
Expertise in managing ERP implementations and driving process improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
CPA / CA / CIMA qualification or equivalent is highly regarded.
