We are seeking an Associate Director, Change to join the Administrative Division.
As the Associate Director, Change, you will provide leadership and work with business areas to effectively design and implement organisational change. Leading a small team of change professionals, your role will be 'hands on' and you will be responsible for working with clients on organisational design, workforce planning, and drafting required documentation to support the change process. You will work closely with leaders and staff to ensure that changes are implemented smoothly, professionally, without delay, and that there is appropriate communication, engagement, and support. You will also work closely and in partnership with the HR Partners.

What you need to succeed Education, training and / or experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications in human resources or a related discipline, combined with relevant change management experience. Proven ability to lead and manage a team. Proven experience working with senior leadership in designing, delivering, and implementing complex organisational change in support of business transformation. Demonstrated experience applying appropriate project management skills within various contexts to plan and deliver HR initiatives and activities. Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret, analyse and report on critical people metrics. Extensive experience in opportunity and risk identification and management in the delivery of complex projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong working relationships.
