My client is currently recruiting for an ICT Technical Trainer / Consultant to assist with required Training and Development, Design and Change program rollout and future needs.
To be successful you will have proven demonstrable experience within the Legal profession delivering and working with the Elite suite; 3e, Mattersphere, and Matter Planning.
Design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning initiatives and solutions applying a variety of modes of delivery e.g. face-to-face, online, virtual classroom, and blended delivery approaches along with related supporting material including required reviews and updates.
The role will work with the Chief Enterprise Systems Office, People and Culture Team, and liaise with Application Managers and other ICT Managers to identify potential learning needs of users and develop solutions.
Key Accountabilities
Design, develop, and deliver ongoing and specialised learning and development programs to build staff technical capability for optimal performance. Conduct needs analysis, identify technical capability gaps, and design learning programs. Design and develop innovative eLearning solutions including the creation of videos, digital content, and simulations. Maintain Enterprise Systems documentation to ensure it is up to date in relation to training guides and material. Adapt to the changing L&D needs of the business while developing L&D activities that can be implemented as part of an overall change management program. Support the introduction of a new or upgraded process, system, or technology ensuring a good understanding and adoption. Must have Legal experience and government background would also be an advantage.
