Essential Criteria for the Position
Proven experience in quality management, particularly in residential or aged care services. Comprehensive knowledge of relevant compliance frameworks, standards, and regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and guide teams. Analytical expertise to evaluate processes and implement effective improvements. Ideally formal education in Quality Management, Health, or a related discipline. Hands-on experience with accreditation processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. A forward-thinking approach to addressing challenges within the residential care sector. A genuine passion for promoting the well-being of residents and supporting a motivated workforce. About the Role
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance and compliance within residential services. Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care outcomes. Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and organisational policies. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address quality-related concerns.
