Across these divisions, the company supplies to all areas of the hospitality industry, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, clubs, and resort groups, as well as servicing a number of other market segments, including health and aged care, education, aviation, and sporting venues.
An opening exists for a newly created Quality Assurance Officer to join the team at Andrews Meat Industries.

About your new role
The Quality Assurance Officer will help to ensure that the quality of all products are maintained in accordance with product specifications and customer and legal requirements.
Work Hours
2.00am – 10.00am

Monitor CCP and CP tasks.
Monitor operational hygiene of personnel and the facility.
Follow through on appropriate corrective actions.
Monitor identification and traceability of products.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Assist with regular training of existing and new staff.
Undertake other related activities as required.
Who we are looking for?
Sound verbal and written communication skills.
Sound computer skills (MS Office).
Able to work autonomously.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Experience in food manufacturing (at least one year).
