A great opportunity within the Finance and Business Services team at West Moreton Health, to utilise information management systems and tools to analyse and report data, including expenditure and activity ensuring that outputs are accurate and meaningful.
This position provides support to the Funding Reporting and Financial Analytics Manager in the provision of financial decision support services to stakeholders across West Moreton Health. The key focus of the role is to provide support in funding related activities, financial analysis and reporting to support business areas across West Moreton Health.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated high level knowledge and understanding of budgetary, funding and costing frameworks within a public or health sector environment. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to provide advice and recommendations to a range of stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team environment while building and sustaining positive relationships with team members and clients. Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of financial and business advisory support including analysis of budget trends and investigation of variances. Present quality financial, staffing and activity data compared to budgets, targets, benchmarks and key performance indicators. Proven experience delivering analysis and reporting and be able to demonstrate the ability to accurately interpret the information requirements of clinical and non-clinical clients and to use computerised health information, clinical costing, and financial systems and other tools to meet information needs. Advanced level skills in the application of computerised information systems to enable the development of meaningful reports, and collation and analysis of information, including: Microsoft Excel Business Warehousing systems West Moreton Health is one of the most rapidly evolving health services in the south east corner, with a community growth expected to almost double to more than 588,000 by 2036.
