Administration Officer, Capital Planning, Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service

The Administration Officer functions as a member of the CHHHS Capital Works Team and is accountable for delivering a range of administration services to the team. This role will focus on supporting the governance and reporting requirements of capital projects, providing secretariat duties, maintaining schedules and attendance registers, monitoring action plans, and updating monthly reports.

About your role:
Provide administration support for Capital Planning, Building, Engineering and Maintenance Service (BEMS) Management and Project Management teams, which includes but is not limited to processing high level documentation, correspondence, financial compliance and administration tasks. Support the Program / Project Manager(s) in the planning, design, delivery and commissioning of projects. Support the team in the investigation, coordination, packaging, facilitation including design and costing of projects to inform forward planning and delivery for CHHHS.
