We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic learning & capability specialist to drive the AUSPAC divisions data maturity initiatives.
You will be at the forefront in driving business understanding around data use and management and will be the conduit with Group Data learning and development activities, adopting as relevant to AUSPAC ways of working.
Your New Role:
As the Data Maturity lead, you will play a key role in: Elevating QBE AUSPAC's overall data capabilities, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, and promoting best practices in data management.
Designing and delivering engaging learning experiences together with our internal Learning & Development Function, to shift the required data mindsets and behaviours to care for and use our data effectively.
Measuring and evaluating learning effectiveness and impact, regularly tracking progress and outcomes to identify areas of improvement.
Working closely with the broader Data Community, Adoption & Innovation team to develop and implement a comprehensive data maturity roadmap aligned with AUSPAC's strategic goals and Group Data initiatives.
Other Responsibilities Include:
Deeply understanding AUSPAC's ways of working, data governance processes, and belief systems to effectively tailor and implement relevant Group Data learning.
Developing organisation-wide engagement initiatives to adopt new or changes to existing data policies and standards.
Leading engagement with the Data Steward network ensuring that they have the right tools and skills to execute their roles confidently and effectively.
This role will report into the Head Of Data Community, Adoption & Innovation and will be required to ensure alignment with broader Data & Analytics strategic communication and engagement activities.
About You:
Collaborate with technical and data science stakeholders, particularly in leading organisational learning initiatives that build data capabilities.
Design and implement effective training programs to foster mindset and behaviour change valuable for driving successful transformation efforts.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders within AUSPAC and across the Enterprise (Group / Divisional).
Exhibit confidence with presenting and engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse technical backgrounds.
Show excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
