About this opportunity : Our partner Children, Youth & Family Services (CYF) is a leading Child Safety provider throughout QLD. The Property Officer maintains all assigned properties and assets to a high standard in a safe, efficient and routine manner by adhering to legislative compliance and best practice for asset management.
Key responsibilities of this role : Ensure all documentation is completed and compliant. Maintain schedules & coordinate/review regular service agreements with contractors for residential properties. Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests received and action efficiently. Source, order and arrange purchase of new assets. Source and coordinate the setup of new properties suitable for supported accommodation needs of clients in partnership with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders. To succeed in this role you will have : Previous experience in a similar property management role (2 years desirable). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to ensure deadlines are met and outcomes achieved. Excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong attention to detail, time management, organisational and administrative skills. Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email and web-based applications.
