PROPERTY COORDINATOR - Hamilton Island Holiday Homes Our Hamilton Island Holiday Homes department offers unique self-catering accommodation options across the island for our valued guests. We're currently managing 160 individually-owned holiday homes around the island, ranging from 1-bedroom apartments to 7-bedroom luxury homes, and we continue to expand.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Property Coordinator to join our Hamilton Island Holiday Homes team.

You'll conduct regular property audits, pre-arrival and departure inspections of each property to assess housekeeping and maintenance standards and give your tick of approval when company standards are met.
You will also: Maintain records of audits, pre-arrival and departure inspections, generate relevant reports and highlight any issues Coordinate remote housekeeping processes, update product photo albums for Housekeeping Supervisors Communicate daily with Front Office to ensure the cost of any damaged or missing items are recovered Work closely with the Property Management Team, Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance department to ensure all items are attended to the satisfaction of our owners and to provide a seamless experience for our guests Advise the Property Manager of any common areas that need caretaker and/or Body Corporate action to ensure all aspects of properties are well presented at all times, including pools, gardens and driveways Meet regularly with the management team to communicate any areas of concern About You You love ticking boxes and following processes (you believe checklists will never go out of fashion).
