Your Key Accountabilities :
Assist in the development, implementation and delivery of the maintenance program for the portfolio of QPS properties. Assist in the preparation of funding bids for maintenance and coordination of State-wide condition audits. Provide high quality customer service through the development and maintenance of strong relationships with stakeholders, client agencies, contractors and suppliers. Undertake property inspections / assessments and assist in developing solutions. Manage the delivery of maintenance projects, including scope development, engaging consultants and contractors. Support a positive workplace culture and operate as an effective team member. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
