About the Role:
Reporting to the Cyber Lead, you will:
Lead the Cyber Security Program: Work with the senior executive leadership team to develop and deliver a roadmap to enhance their cyber security maturity. Vendor and Solution Management: Project Manage the selection and implementation of a Security Operations Center (SOC) solution and manage vendor relationships. Immediate and Long-term Initiatives: Project Manage the short-term remediation efforts post-cyber-attack and strategise for long-term security uplift. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior executives, general managers, external vendors, and technical teams to prioritise and deliver initiatives. Operational Technology (OT) Security: Leverage your expertise to integrate OT-specific cyber solutions across the business operations. Essential Criteria:
Minimum 5+ years in delivering cyber security programs, including the initial development of a cyber security uplift roadmap. Minimum 10+ years' experience in Project Management, including extensive experience in stakeholder management at C-Suite level, strong risk and governance management, and steering committee facilitation. Familiarity with operational technology environments is essential. While not a cyber SME, a solid understanding of cyber security principles and their practical application is essential. Ideal candidates will have experience within manufacturing or similar industries.
