We are currently seeking applications for a Project and Change Coordinator to join Financial Services at The Department of Treasury & Finance for a period of up to 24 months.
Remuneration: ASO7 – Salary Range ($108,109 – $116,864 p.a.).
About the opportunity:
We are seeking a change management and project lead with current experience, to lead the delivery of a variety of projects within a financial services environment.
This is a pivotal role working with a variety of stakeholders in Shared Services SA, leading the end-to-end delivery of a wide range of projects, process improvements and change management activities within the Financial Services business.

About you
To be successful you will have:
Experience in applying expert project management knowledge to effectively lead and undertake complex projects, which have critical importance and significant impact on organisational objectives.
Experience in planning, prioritising, and organising work for self and others to achieve goals and meet deadlines, including dealing with competing demands and managing multiple projects and tasks in a complex environment.
Proven high level communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to effectively lead and manage staff to foster initiative, promote teamwork, achieve outcomes, evoke creative and innovative thinking, and meet deadlines.
Experience in liaising effectively and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, to facilitate cooperation and support in achieving outcomes and to establish and maintain strong effective working relationships.
Ability to identify strategic and operational issues, think laterally and apply analytical, qualitative and research skills to develop appropriate creative strategies for resolution.
A commitment to pursue excellence in all aspects of business, and to share lessons learned and implement best practices.
High level knowledge in project management and an ability to convey this knowledge to others.
Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects, including the anticipation of client needs and the proposal of alternative business solutions.
An awareness of the relevant legislation, policies and procedures, including Code of Conduct, EEO and cultural inclusion.
An understanding of and ability to work to the spirit and principles of the Premier's Safety Commitment and the legislative requirements of the Work Health and Safety Act 2012.
