As we scale up our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Xano and Bubble.io to join our team.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for complex enterprise software projects.
Design and develop scalable backend solutions using Xano and front-end applications using Bubble.io.
Create workflows, databases, and APIs that align with business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Perform gap analysis and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Lead workshops and discussions to identify pain points and opportunities for system improvements.
Provide technical expertise to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
Ensure compliance with enterprise-grade security, scalability, and performance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Xano for backend development and API management.
Advanced proficiency in Bubble.io for no-code / low-code application development.
Advanced proficiency in integrating with existing platforms (.NET).
Business Analysis: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Extensive experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder engagement for large enterprise projects.
Project Management: Experience in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong documentation skills, including creating user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with additional no-code platforms and tools.
Experience with enterprise-grade integrations, data migrations, and system architecture.
Certifications in Business Analysis or related fields (e.g., CBAP, PBA).
