What you need to have : An understanding or interest in the IT sector would be ideal, however not essential.Experience in a sales environment and the appetite for business development.Knowledge of the recruitment industry with 2+ years' experience would be ideal.A vibrant and positive personality with no fear of business development.The ability to build professional relationships.The motivation to surpass achievable targets and to make money for yourself.Confidence in yourself with strong communication skills.The motivation to have a career and not just a job.Your Background : This role will be largely based on personality, motivation, and potential.
The training provided will be first-class, and the potential earnings in commissions are very generous, as would be your starting basic salary.
We are open to candidates from a sales background or individuals in technical roles looking to try something new.
