Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and enhance our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production runs efficiently, meets quality standards, and adheres to budgetary constraints. Responsibilities
Oversee the entire production process: Plan and organize production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. Monitor production metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, cost, and efficiency. Manage budgets: Estimate costs and prepare budgets to maintain financial oversight of production activities. Ensure quality control: Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure products meet established standards. Resource management: Determine necessary resources (workforce, raw materials) and ensure their availability. Supervise staff: Lead, train, and evaluate production personnel to foster a high-performance culture. Health and safety compliance: Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Report to management: Provide regular updates on production status, challenges, and improvements. Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electric Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in production management or a similar role within an electric manufacturing environment. Skills: Deep knowledge of production processes and quality control standards. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Effective leadership capabilities with a focus on team development. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards relevant to the manufacturing sector. Key Competencies
