On behalf of our client, we are seeking an ambitious
Private Client Solicitor
to join the Private Client team in their Launceston Office.

Due to recent growth and expansion, their well-established and busy Private Client team is looking for a bright and motivated additional team member to provide a high quality, effective legal service as a member of the Private Client Department.
Responsibilities:
Provide an efficient, effective, and complete legal service ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
Collaborate with other team members and seek support and advice whenever necessary.
Handle all aspects of private client law, including Probate and Power of Attorney matters.
Promote the firm and develop personal connections to market the services of the department.
Work effectively within a team, ensuring cost-effective management of matters.
Attend all booked courses, including management courses for personal development.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years PQE or a minimum of 3 years carrying a full caseload.
ACTAPS and/or STEP membership is welcomed but not essential.
IT literate with the ability to use a case management system.
Access to own transport for work use, including home visits and inter-office travel.
The successful applicant must be professional, organised, competent, enthusiastic, and ambitious.
They should seek advice and assistance whenever needed to develop knowledge and skills, and to improve ability.
