As a full-time Hotel Services Team Leader, you'll be responsible for managing the daily operations of hospitality services, ensuring residents enjoy exceptional experiences, while maintaining dining, housekeeping, and overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of catering, dining, cleaning, and laundry services. Lead a team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality and fostering a service-first culture. Inspire your team to consistently provide exceptional customer service and resident experiences. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery. What We're Looking For: Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build relationships with staff, residents, and stakeholders. A strong leadership approach, with the ability to coach and mentor your team to success. Experience managing hotel services, airline lounges, or similar hospitality environments. A track record of leading large teams and driving positive change within an organization. A current Police Check (less than 12 months old) for working with vulnerable groups.
