Role Overview
We have an amazing opportunity for a Print Estimator / Planner to be part of the Fotobase family.
You will be supporting the sales team in maintaining and growing relationships with new and existing clients.
The successful applicant will have great customer service experience with a passion for achieving positive outcomes for all parties.
Key Responsibilities
Work with an expanding portfolio of different clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
Enhance existing customer relationships.
Maintain accurate customer database records in the CRM (HubSpot).
Provide quotes and proposals to new and existing warm leads.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Prior experience working in sales, print estimating or customer service.
Wide format experience.
Experience working within the print industry or exposure.
Expert customer service and phone manner.
Takes pride in building high-quality client relationships.
An ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage your time effectively.
Solution-focused and positive attitude.
Professionally presented with superior interpersonal skills.
Print IQ experience will be looked upon favourably.
