The Principal Service Integration Lead will be responsible for effective service integration across service providers and vendors, ensuring seamless transition of new applications and services into operational support that meet service standards and operational readiness.
They will coordinate with project teams, service providers and internal and external stakeholders to align service delivery with business requirements and maintain service performance.
The role also involves continuous improvement of integration processes, driving efficiency and stability in the delivery of IT services.
We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:
High level knowledge of relevant digital and ICT legislation, policies, and procedures with a demonstrated ability to provide specialist expertise and advice within a complex organisation. Proven technical and application knowledge of communications technology environments which can be utilised to recommend effective solutions and strategies to decision makers and influence the development of policy within a large and geographically diverse emergency service organisation. Demonstrated high level knowledge and understanding of the major trends, strategic directions and legislative and governance frameworks within the ICT environment and the ability to gain strong stakeholder support and understanding of the program's value. Well-developed leadership skills and the proven ability to manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders in order to effectively and efficiently prioritise work and meet operational deadlines and objectives, in a dynamic environment of competing priorities and agendas. Whilst not mandatory, a tertiary or postgraduate qualification in an ICT/information management discipline will be highly regarded. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
