The Role: Providing high-level analysis, risk management, strategic advice, leadership and direction in the planning, development, implementation, management and delivery of key strategic policy, programs and education initiatives related to child safety and wellbeing in a health service delivery context. Manage a small team of employees with a range of portfolio responsibilities related to child safety and wellbeing activities. You will need: Ability to work in a complex and sensitive environment, united by our shared purpose and model our CARE values. Understanding of trauma informed principles, and ability to apply this approach to delivery of child safety and wellbeing programs. Demonstrated high levels of personal resilience, flexibility and perseverance. Details of appointment: Multiple permanent full time and part time, day worker positions, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from March 2025, notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Salary range is $128,102 to $134,832 pro rata per annum + our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount, in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.

Desirable criteria: Relevant qualification from a recognised institution or equivalent experience. Position features: Some intrastate / interstate travel may be required.
