Your new role
As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll be responsible for :
Leading and managing mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.
Producing accurate scopes, estimates, and designs for mechanical engineering projects.
Collaborating with the team to deliver quality outcomes that meet deadlines and client expectations.
Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of learning and development.
Ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the company's high engineering standards.
Upholding the company's 'Points of Culture' and 'Rules of the Game,' maintaining professionalism and a positive mindset.
Providing daily updates and weekly reports, accurately logging work hours and project progress.
What you will bring
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
10+ years of mechanical engineering experience, with at least 5 years of experience in Australia.
Strong experience in mechanical design and project management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming engineering challenges.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
A collaborative mindset, thriving in team environments where knowledge sharing and mutual support are key.
The ability to work full-time in Rockhampton, QLD.
