About the Role The Leader of Diversity (LoD) will work closely with all staff members to ensure the diverse needs of our students are catered for. This role involves implementing whole-school initiatives and focusing on the holistic growth and development of each student. The Leader of Diversity will enhance educational outcomes by assisting teachers in supporting students with diverse learning needs and will play a key role in implementing the School's Strategic and Annual Improvement Plans as part of the School Leadership Team.
The Leader of Diversity reports to the principal and collaborates with teachers to plan and implement teaching strategies that address the individual needs of students. They will also liaise with parents, visiting specialists, and therapists to support student learning. The position attracts Position of Leadership points for the successful applicant.
