In this KEY valued role, you will be the right hand to a top calibre personal injury lawyer with a flourishing institutional / historical child sex abuse & workers compensation practice, benefiting from the mentorship of the Managing Partner (an industry-leading fully accredited specialist in personal injury law). You will love the immense satisfaction of obtaining justice for seriously injured clients in respect of their:
Abuse (majority);
Workers Compensation / Work injury damages / Public liability (if you desire some variety);
You will have carriage of your own files and assist on more complex larger cases:
liaising with clients / other solicitors / insurers and doctors;
undertaking legal research;
reviewing clinical / medical notes;
arranging appointments;
drafting various legal / court documents;
briefing counsel and attending court.
