We are seeking a Junior Performance Media Manager specializing in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Meta advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid search (Google Ads, Bing) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising campaigns to achieve client goals.
Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, identify insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI, CTR, and other KPIs.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets across platforms, ensuring efficient spend and optimal results.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
Reporting: Create clear and concise reports for clients, highlighting performance, insights, and next steps.
Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging tools to continuously enhance campaign performance.
Team Support: Collaborate with senior team members and assist in developing client strategies.
Key Requirements
Experience: 2 years+ of hands-on experience in managing SEM and Meta advertising campaigns.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other performance platforms is a plus.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
Adaptability: A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic agency environment.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and organisation in campaign management and reporting.
