You will need experience in supporting staff selection, recommending the most effective training programs, and advising Senior Management on positive performance management strategies (more focused on coaching for success than managing people out).
Strong administrative skills and the ability to support Senior Managers in people management are essential.

You will have your ear to the ground, keeping tabs on team morale, ensuring inclusivity, and fostering an environment that aligns with the Company's values.

This role is for someone who can collaborate with the Chief of Staff to help implement new processes and systems, gathering insights and ideas from colleagues to shape and refine these initiatives.
