You'll have the opportunity to develop and build on your HR generalist skills.
Your New Role Providing guidance, advice and coaching to support leaders with their people management queries, enhancing their leadership skills. Supporting leaders with pragmatic, people-centric guidance on performance management cases. Managing non-complex ER and health & wellbeing cases in partnership with leaders and the broader people team. Contributing to the development of internal resources, templates and knowledge bank content; sharing knowledge and collaborating within the Leader Assist team. Providing administrative support on people projects and cyclical HR activities as needed. Building relationships with key stakeholders to support the people and business agenda. About You Experience in a HR advisory role, ideally within a large corporate or complex environment. Demonstrated experience supporting people leaders in managing performance, conduct and health & wellbeing cases. The ability to influence and advise leaders to achieve positive outcomes. Strong verbal, written communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. The ability to work at pace on a variety of complex HR matters, effectively prioritising competing priorities. A continuous learning mindset, and openness to new ideas and ways of working. Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team environment.
