Role Overview: Subject Matter Expert in Pathology Lab Digital Solutions Customer-experience focussed role Collaborative team with regional exposure As the Solution Manager and a subject matter expert for the Pathology Lab Digital Solutions portfolio, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from pre-launch to phase-out, including:
Phase In: pre-launch preparation, material setup, and pricing On-market support including marketing, supply chain, and pricing Phase out with effective inventory and customer management Your Responsibilities: Develop and execute clear marketing strategies for the portfolio Define and implement an appropriate pricing strategy Develop marketing collaterals and ensure compliance with Global branding Support the Customer Success team in executing the Pathology Lab Digital Solutions Strategy Manage inventory to ensure timely delivery Handle customer communications in collaboration with stakeholders Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Lab IT in product implementations Engage with customers to shape digital infrastructure requirements Stay updated on the digital pathology and solutions ecosystem Who You Are: As a customer-centric individual, you build strong collaborative relationships. As a Subject Matter Expert, you:
Share knowledge with stakeholders Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills Focus on driving positive outcomes for customers and patients Qualifications: Degree or equivalent qualification in Anatomical Pathology Previous experience in an Anatomical Pathology laboratory preferred Experience in the Pathology Laboratory Excellent communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders Proven ability to manage cross-functional activities This role is only open to candidates with full eligibility to live and work in Australia.
