Role Overview
As our pastry chef, you'll be responsible for crafting exquisite desserts, pastries, and baked goods that complement our modern Mediterranean menu. This is a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute a creative, Mediterranean-inspired dessert menu. Prepare, bake, and present high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts. Manage inventory and order supplies for the pastry section. Ensure the kitchen meets food safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to deliver a cohesive dining experience. What We're Looking For
